Release Forms

 We ask that you download and sign the photo release form. You can email it back or just bring it to the rink next time you come in. You may also ask Kerrie or Kala for a release form when you are at the rink. The pictures will be in our slide show rotation throughout the year on the front page and possibly if we do a flyer. Names would be used if passing a test we would like to make them feel special by posting congratulations to them. We understand and respect people’s privacy if you do not wish to have your child’s pictures or name posted, you do not have to sign a release form and may let us know.
